Carmen is originally from Calgary, Alberta and has been practicing massage for over a decade. She takes great pride in helping her clients relax and get moving again. Her approach to massage is a many faceted one centered around making her clients feel good and unwind, all the while offering a deep tissue massage with a relaxing flush which assists in aiding the muscles to release. A skillful dynamic cupping approach is also another method she uses to help muscles and fascia move.

Since becoming a RAPID Neurofascial Reset Specialist in 2020, Carmen has been both incorporating and offering a separate treatment to address the central nervous systems role in alleviating tension and restrictions within the body.
