Carmen, originally from Calgary, Alberta, has been a massage therapist for over a decade. Her sessions combine effective deep tissue techniques with a calming, full-body flush, often enhanced with dynamic cupping.
Since becoming a RAPID Neurofascial Reset Specialist in 2020, Carmen has incorporated these techniques into her practice to support the nervous system in releasing tension and restoring balance.
